S-OIL said on October 19 that it hosted a two-day workplace experience program for employees and their families on October 15?16 as part of its efforts to strengthen family-friendly management. 

The program, held twice a year since 2025, aims to deepen families' understanding of employees' work and strengthen family bonds. Approximately 40 employees and family members participated in the latest event. 

 They visited S-OIL's headquarters in Seoul and its Technical Service & Development (TS&D) Center in the Magok industrial complex before traveling to the Onsan refinery in Ulsan, where they toured major production facilities and the company's exhibition center. 

 The company also organized educational and hands-on activities for employees' children. These included economics lessons for elementary school students, cultural experiences at Gyochon Traditional Village in Gyeongju, history education at the Gyeongju National Museum and a visit to Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond.
